This 3 days weekend tour package is designed for those who want a weekend trip to Kerala covering the Backwater houseboat and Munnar. This package is very suitable for those looking for a weekend trip traveling from Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Since the distance from Alleppey to Munnar is around 200 kms and it takes a small car 5 hrs by road, this package can’t be considered as a relaxing trip. We have planned this 2 nights and 3 days Munnar Alleppey tour package a trip starting from Houseboat due to a couple of reasons.

In case the houseboat is on the last day, the check out is at 09:00 hrs and the whole day is nothing to do except a few places sightseeing.
There are more good sightseeing options available in Munnar than Kochi.
In case we consider Munnar as the first day, you only get a half-day since you need to travel to Alleppey the next day morning.
The present package gives two half-day sightseeing in Munnar.

Day: 1 Cochin To Munnar

Cochin To Munnar –
- Pick up from Cochin and drive to Munnar.
- Visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, Tea Plantations, and Spice Garden on the way.
- Reach Munnar and rest for the day at the hotel.
Day: 2 Munnar To Alleppey Houseboat

Munnar To Alleppey Houseboat –
- Munnar to Alleppey will take a minimum of 5 hrs, hence suggest leaving at 8am to reach Alleppey by Noon.
- Enjoy the backwaters, scenery, and different places for 21hrs in Kerala Style House boats from noon.
- (Due to traveling time, you may not reach Alleppey by noon and need to do a late check-in or should skip breakfast and leave early from Munnar, but it will not be compensated).
- Houseboat will be stopped for lunch for 1hrs with the cruise till 5:30 pm.
- The boat will be anchored till the next day morning,with a 1-hour cruise in the morning for check out at 9 am.
- There are different categories of houseboats available like Deluxe, Premium, and Luxury, where Deluxe is the basic boat.
- In the houseboat, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, tea, snacks, mineral water, lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
Day: 3 Alleppey To Cochin Drop

Alleppey To Cochin Drop –
- Visit Alleppey beach and drop at Cochin.
- If time available, we provide complimentary Cochin sightseeing which can includes fort cochin, the navy museum, St Francis church, the Chinese fishing net, Santa clause basilica, Mattanchery palace, Jewish synagogue, Marine drive, Marine walk way, boating, Tripunitura hill palace.
- You can find some time for shopping at Cochin.
- Our representative will leave you at Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and will do the necessary support there.
- Drive back to your hometown with the sweet memories of the Kerala trip with us.
- Hill palace opens from 9 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Monday.
- The Dutch palace is closed on Friday.
- The synagogue opens from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 to 5 PM and is closed on Friday and Saturday.
